A well established and reputable perishable distribution organization based in Bulawayo has a position open up to fill the role of Dispatch and Stock Supervisor to join their dynamic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring company systems and policies are always followed. Job Summary Job Type: Full-time Location: Bulawayo, Zimbabwe Category: Logistics Salary: A generous salary package will be offered to the successful candidate. Closing Date: 2026-09-23 Key Responsibilities Supervise loading team. Maintain cold chain. Stock control and stock takes. Management Reports.
Plan delivery routes economically. Liaising with the other branches should any queries or problems arise. Any other duties assigned from time to time Requirements 5 'O ' Levels including Mathematics and English Language. "A ' Levels or a Diploma would be an added advantage. Computer Literacy. Class 4 Driver's License. Good communication/interpersonal skills. Experience in dispatch. Flexible with working hours. Good administration and organisational skills are essential. Must be able to work in a Coldroom. Attention to detail. Must be honest and have integrity, fast learner.
