1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zimbabwe Global Talent Network ("ZGTN," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or member portal.

2. About ZGTN

ZGTN connects Zimbabwean professionals at home and around the world with jobs, mentorship, business opportunities, partnerships, investment, and national-development initiatives. The platform may include member profiles, networking, jobs, partner posts, events, news, subscriptions, and pilot marketplace features.

Aramunj Group LLC supports ZGTN as a technology partner for website, data, automation, AI-readiness, and platform operations. Technology support does not create an employment, agency, investment, legal, or fiduciary relationship with users.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. ZGTN may suspend or restrict accounts that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, inactive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Professional Conduct

You agree to use ZGTN in a professional and lawful manner. You may not harass, threaten, impersonate others, upload harmful code, scrape member data, send spam, misrepresent credentials, post false opportunities, violate intellectual property rights, or use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, exploitative, or abusive purposes.

5. Member Profiles, Posts, and Content

You are responsible for information, posts, comments, files, profile details, job applications, partner materials, and other content you submit. You grant ZGTN permission to host, display, process, and use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the platform.

ZGTN may remove or restrict content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, spam-like, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the network.

6. Jobs and Opportunities

ZGTN may display jobs, consultant requirements, partner opportunities, volunteer opportunities, mentorship opportunities, and external listings. Each public job is assigned a status describing the review performed: a Verified employer has had its organization and business domain reviewed; a Reviewed listing has had its job link and expiration date checked; an External listing came from an outside source and was not independently verified; and a Curated opportunity was selected for relevance but has not passed the full verification process. Job pages show the last-check date when one exists.

These statuses describe a limited review and are not an endorsement or guarantee. ZGTN does not guarantee employment, compensation, hiring outcomes, the continuing availability of a role, or the accuracy of information changed by a third party after the displayed last-check date. Users should review every application destination and report stale, misleading, or unsafe listings.

When an application redirects to an external website, you are responsible for reviewing that organization's terms, privacy policy, and application requirements. ZGTN is not responsible for third-party hiring decisions or external website content.

7. Partners and Organizations

Partners, employers, institutions, and organizations may be permitted to create profiles, post jobs, publish requirements, share events, or submit inquiries. Organizations must have authority to post on behalf of the entity they represent and must keep information accurate and lawful.

Unless expressly stated in writing, listing an organization on ZGTN does not mean ZGTN officially endorses that organization, and it does not mean any government, institution, or company has endorsed ZGTN.

8. Marketplace Pilot

ZGTN Marketplace features may be introduced in phases. Any marketplace, seller, product, service, course, payment, verification, or fulfillment feature is subject to additional terms that may be posted later. Until then, marketplace content should be treated as informational or interest-gathering only.

9. Communications and Subscriptions

By subscribing or creating an account, you may receive platform notices, account messages, event updates, news, partner announcements, connection alerts, and opportunity communications. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications when available or contact ZGTN for help.

10. No Professional Advice

Content on ZGTN is provided for informational, networking, and opportunity discovery purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, immigration, employment, or professional advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before making decisions based on platform content.

11. Intellectual Property

ZGTN branding, website design, text, images, code, graphics, and platform content owned by ZGTN or its licensors may not be copied, modified, sold, or reused without permission, except as allowed by law. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions described in these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to employer websites, partner websites, social platforms, payment providers, email tools, analytics tools, or other third-party services. ZGTN is not responsible for third-party websites, content, security, privacy practices, or decisions.

13. Disclaimers

ZGTN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, job outcomes, partner approvals, connection outcomes, marketplace success, accuracy of third-party listings, or suitability of any member, partner, employer, or opportunity.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZGTN and its technology partners, service providers, officers, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform, third-party links, jobs, opportunities, communications, or user content.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

ZGTN may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or community, provided false information, or misused platform features. Users may stop using the platform at any time and may contact ZGTN about account deletion where applicable.

16. Changes to the Platform or Terms

ZGTN may update features, policies, these Terms, or the website as the platform develops. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
