Qualifications And Experience Basic scouting courses Minimum of three (3) Ordinary levels Two (2) years' experience as a foreman Basic knowledge of the following crops: maize, soyabeans, sorghum, wheat, horticultural crops and fodder crops Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively work with a team. Willingness to learn and develop other skill.
