E-Recruitment PSC E-Recruitment Jobs Log in Register Jobs Log in Register Jobs / Deputy Registrar, Drivers Licenses Full-time Ref: A/GEN/13/2 Vacancy No: 77 Deputy Registrar, Drivers Licenses Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Development Harare, Zimbabwe Application Deadline September 21, 2026 Sign in to Apply Role Overview Participate in the formulation, implementation and Drivers licenses application and issuance policies, regulations and procedures in line with the Ministry's mandate, strategic plan as well as national development imperatives; Develop strategic plans to guide the operations of the Drivers Licences Section at the Central Vehicle Registry; Monitor the processing of applications for Driver's Licences in line with the Section's standard operating procedures;Prepare and submit statements for use by the law enforcement agencies in respect of Driver's licences requirements and status thereof; Appear in Court of Law as a state witness on behalf of the Registrar on Driver's licences litigation cases Requirements & Qualifications A Degree in Social Sciences/Management or equivalent A relevant Masters degree is an added advantage A minimum of six (6) years relevant experience in the Licensing/Registration Officer grade level Knowwdge of motor industry and Transport rules and regulations Working knowledge of of Contract Management processes Ability to communicate and network with a broad spectrum of stakeholders Strong leadership and team building skills Back to all opportunities
