About the role
Inspect the efficiency and effectiveness of public service delivery across ministries, departments and agencies. Validate government projects, assess the use of public resources, audit operational systems and policy compliance, investigate complaints and suspected maladministration, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective action.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Performance Management, Economics or a related discipline; at least two years of relevant professional experience; knowledge of internal control and investigative practice; quantitative and qualitative research skills; proficiency with Excel, Open Data Kit and SPSS; strong analytical and organisational skills. A relevant master's degree and compliance-monitoring experience are added advantages.
