About the role
Superintend the management and operation of Mlezu Agricultural College in line with Ministry policy and national development priorities. Coordinate agricultural education programmes, recommend curriculum improvements, oversee examinations and quality assurance, manage institutional assets and budgets, lead staff and student affairs, and guide agricultural research and income-generating projects.
Requirements
First degree in Agriculture or equivalent; at least two years' relevant experience as a Vice Principal or equivalent; sound knowledge of national development policy and agricultural training; leadership, programme design, examination quality assurance, budgeting, analytical, negotiation and database-management skills. A master's degree is an added advantage.
